Ngoc Nguyen Lay is a wife and mother of two boys who enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the city around her, and trying new and exciting foods. Her boys keep her busy and inspire her every day. From date nights with her husband Albert, to playtime with her sons AJ and Ben, she enjoys each special and memorable moment. 

Ngoc is the author and collaborator of two other books, My Wish For You and Inspired Celebrations: Easy Entertaining and Recipes for Everyday Life. In 2005, she founded Skybox Event Productions, a special event planning & production company, and has always strived to provide special moments for those around her.
